Elemental Associations

Rank = All Knights = Fire

I consider all the Knights as far as their rank among the court cards as being associated with the element of fire. I also consider this to be their secondary element. Their primary element is the element associated with each of the suits of the given Knight.

Knight of Wands = Fire of Fire
Knight of Swords = Fire of Air
Knight of Cups = Fire of Water
Knight of Pentacles = Fire of Earth

Arrange the elements to ranks or even the elements to suits in any way you choose.

Possible Number Associations

See: Court Numbering

Using the number system I use I put the knights at 12/3. Which would break down like so;

12 - The Hanged Man - Always looking for a different prespective.
1 - The Magician [Outer awareness]
2 - The High Priestess [inner awareness, intuitive, instincts, secrets, mystery]
Total of 1+2 = Key 3: The Empress [The mother figure, creativity, growth, nurturing]

Rank-wise you have Key 3: The Empress [The mother figure, creativity, growth, nurturing]
Total of 1+3+2=6. Key 6: The Lovers - [relationships and choices].

With The Knights you have a double Empress effect going on. I see this as the knights trying to find their own identity and break away from mana's apron strings. This can also mean the need for growth and creativity.
